RESOLUTION NO. 2008-1073
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
WATERLOO DROP SITE RECYCLING COLLECTION AND
DISPOSAL PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2008-1072, Request for Proposal
Document for the Waterloo Drop Site Recycling Collection and
Disposal Program, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has been
approved and adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed
• by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
improvements be made in accordance with said specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of December, 2008 .
