RESOLUTION NO. 2008-1003
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING BID
DOCUMENT, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT,
ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , FOR WATERLOO DROP
SITE RECYCLING COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL
PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Acting
Superintendent of Waste Management Services, to prepare and file
bid document, specifications, form of contract and preliminary
estimate of cost, etc . , for the Waterloo Drop Site Recycling
Collection and Disposal Program, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as
specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Acting Superintendent of Waste Management
Services has filed said bid document, specifications, form of
contract and preliminary estimate of costs, etc . , and the Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said bid document, specifications, form of
contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same
are hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of November, 2008 .
