RESOLUTION NO. 2006-175
RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO B & B
BUILDERS AND SUPPLY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR
FLAMMANG AND SARAH LEFT TURN POCKET EXTENSION,
TRAF-116-06, CS-TSF-8155 (681)-85-07, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $8, 361. 25.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of B & B Builders and Supply of Waterloo, Iowa,
in the amount of $8, 361. 25, for the construction of the Flammang
and Sarah Left Turn Pocket Extension, TRAF-116-06, CS-TSF-
8155 (681)-85-07, described in the plans and specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said project, after public
hearing on published notice required by law, be and is hereby
accepted, the same being the lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of March, 2006.

BOB 4 - Cedar Valley Const. $22,018.22
GREENWOOD
At-Large The Engineer's estimate was $11,800.00. An Iowa DOT Safety Grant funds
this project. Construction costs are 100% reimbursable. As part of the grant
