RESOLUTION NO. 2009-764
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FROM PRIES ROOFING
OF LAPORTE CITY, IOWA, FOR THE 2009 GATES
PARK PRO SHOP REROOFING PROJECT, IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Pries Roofing of LaPorte City, Iowa, for the
2009 Gates Park Pro Shop Reroofing Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 3rd day of August,
2009, together with the accompanying bond for the faithful
performance of said contract signed by United Fire & Casualty
Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the
same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of August, 2009 .

GETTY &Pries Roofing for the sum of Seventy Nine Thousand, Eight Hundred Thirty
Ward 3 dollars and 00/100 ($79,830.00)
