RESOLUTION NO. 2009-551
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE
2009 GATES PARK PRO SHOP REROOFING PROJECT,
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AND THE TAKING OF
BIDS THEREFORE, AS JULY 6, 2009, AT 5 : 30 P.M.
AT CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF
HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 6th day of July, 2009, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the
2009 Gates Park Pro Shop Reroofing Project, in the City of
Waterloo and the taking of bids therefore .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of June, 2009 .

COLE plans, specifications, and form of contract for the 2009 Gates Park Pro Shop
Ward 2 Reroofing located at 820 East Donald Street, Waterloo IA 50703, and to instruct
HAROLD the City Clerk to publish notice of hearing on plans, specifications, etc. and
GETTY taking of bids, and to set date of hearing and bid openings as July 6, 2009.

Funding for this project is available through Leisure Services CIP (Golf Course
QUENTIN M. Improvements).
