At-Large responsible bidder by the City Council on March 19, 2007. The,actual work is anticipated
to begin March 21, 2007 for completion by April 30, 2007.

GUNDERSON There will be water and sewer cut-offs, as required by City Codes and regulations, as part
At-Large of the demolition contract. The various City departments concerned with this work will
be participating in the supervision of the demolition work.
