RESOLUTION NO. 2007-573
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated July 9, 2007, for Iowa Clean Air
Attainment Program grant in the amount of $408, 200 . 00, with
required 20 percent local match, for an estimated total project
cost of $546, 000 . 00, in conjunction with Ridgeway Avenue and
Hammond Avenue intersection improvements, by and between Iowa
Department of Transportation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of July, 2007 .
