QUENTIN.M. On March 10, 2008 Council recommended award of the above referenced contract in the
HART amount of $120,000,to D. W. Zinser Co. Inc., the low bidder as reflected in the enclosed bid
Ward 4 tabulation. Staff has prepared and submitted a contract for execution by the Mayor and any

others authorized to execute contracts. Upon Execution of the Contract, Staff will conduct a
WEEPER Pre-Bid meeting and issue a Notice to Proceed along with an anticipated completion date.
