RESOLUTION NO. 2008-205
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH D.W.
ZINSER CO. , INC. OF WALFORD, IOWA AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract dated March 17, 2008, in the amount of
$120, 000 . 00, for General Obligation Bond Demolition Project, 93
and 97 Vinton Street, Contract No. 156-D-GO-03-03-08, by and
between D.W. Zinser Co. , Inc. of Walford, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of March, 2008 .
