COLE Staff is recommending award of the above referenced contract in the amount of
Ward 2 $29,120.00, AWARDED to Lehman Trucking& Excavating, on May 27, 2008 be
HAROLD AMENDED to provide for the demolition of the additional structures below:
GETTY
Ward 3 House at 315 Gable Street: Quote: $4,500.00
QuENTIN M. House at 1012 Logan Ave.: Quote: $7,750.00
HART
Ward 4 Thanks to the efforts of Code Enforcement and Legal Dept., Staff obtained additional
Court Orders to demolish the properties during the authorization and award process of this

WEEPER Contract. The Change Order Total is: $12,250.00. With the addition of these properties
Ward 5 total Demolition Cost of this Contract is: $41,370.00. Staff requests a Resolution
Authorizing the Change Order and fixing the total construction costs at$41,370.00.
BOB Staff will prepare and submit an Addendum to the Contract and is requesting execution by
GREENWOOD
At-Large the Mayor and any others authorized to execute the Contract Addendum(s). Thereafter,
Staff will issue an amended anticipated completion date taking into consideration the
