Staff is recommending the demolition contract be amended to include
demolition of the following structures:
House at 315 Gable Street: Quote: $4,500.00
House at 1012 Logan Ave.: Quote: $7,750.00
Thanks to the efforts of Code Enforcement and Legal Dept., Staff obtained
additional Court Orders to demolish the properties during the authorization and
award process of this Contract. The Change Order Total is: $12,250.00. With
the addition of these properties total Demolition Cost of this Contract is:
$41,370.00. Staff requests a Resolution Authorizing the Change Order and
fixing the total construction costs at $41,370.00.
Staff will issue an amended anticipated completion date taking into
consideration the additional properties.
