CAROLYN Enclosed please find your executed copy of the above-referenced contract. Before issuing
COLE the Notice to Proceed there needs to be asbestos abatement of the structures at: 116-118 E.
Ward 2 8th Street, 118 E. 10th Street, 2180220, W. 2nd Street, and 224-226 W. 2nd St. and 1218
HAROLD Sycamore Street. That leaves only 125 Conger Street as not requiring asbestos abatement.

Ward 3 As a reminder there will be a pre-construction/demolition meeting on Friday April 3, 2009 at
9 a.m. at the Conference Room in the City Hall Annex at 620 Mulberry Street(the former
