COLOLY"N Staff is seeking authorization to solicit bids for the General Obligation Bond Demolition
Ward 2 Project,Contract No. 162-D-GO-01-20-09,using Plans and Specifications prepared by the
City's Community Development Office. The project involves three (3)homes,three (3)
HA TY° duplexes, and four(4) garages scheduled for demolition in this project, a total of 10
Ward 3 structures. The property addresses are as follows:
QUENTIN M. HOUSES (three-3): 1218 Sycamore St., 118 E. 10th St., 125 Conger St.
HART
Ward 4
DUPLEXES (three-3): 218-220 W. 2nd St., 224-226 W. 2nd St., 116-118 E. 8th St.
RON
WELPER It is anticipated that the estimated cost of this contract will exceed the$25 000 threshold;
