RESOLUTION NO. 2009-705
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND DEMOLITION PROJECT,
CONTRACT NO. 163-D-GO-07-20-09 (1017 MOBILE
STREET, 1331 MULBERRY STREET, 1015 FAIRVIEW
AVENUE, 706 COTTAGE STREET, 528 N. BARCLAY
STREET, 408 FOWLER STREET AND 509 ADAMS
STREET) .
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2009-704, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc . , for the General Obligation Bond
Demolition Project, Contract No. 163-D-GO-07-20-09 (1017 Mobile
Street, 1331 Mulberry Street, 1015 Fairview Avenue, 706 Cottage
Street, 528 N. Barclay Street, 408 Fowler Street and 509 Adams
Street) , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and
adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed by statute .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
improvements be constructed in accordance with said plans and
specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of July, 2009 .
