RESOLUTION NO. 2009-671
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR
GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND DEMOLITION PROJECT,
CONTRACT NO. 163-D-GO-07-20-09 (1017 MOBILE
STREET, 1331 MULBERRY STREET, 1015 FAIRVIEW
AVENUE, 706 COTTAGE STREET, 528 N. BARCLAY
STREET, 332 IRVING STREET, AND 509 ADAMS
STREET) , IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AND THE
TAKING OF BIDS THEREFORE, AS JULY 20, 2009,
AT 5 : 30 P.M. AT CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS
AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 20th day of July, 2009, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for General
Obligation Bond Demolition Project, Contract No. 163-D-GO-07-20-
09 (1017 Mobile Street, 1331 Mulberry Street, 1015 Fairview
Avenue, 706 Cottage Street, 528 N. Barclay Street, 332 Irving
Street, and 509 Adams Street) , in the City of Waterloo and the
taking of bids therefore .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 2009 .
