This is to request that Council adopt resolutions to preliminarily approve the
CAROLYN plans and specifications for the 2009 Golf Turf Equipment, and to instruct the
COLS City Clerk to publish notice of hearing on plans, specifications, etc. and takingof
I1rt,,t bids, and to set date of hearing and bid opening as January 26, 2009.

(Nord' Funding is available through the CIP program for this project.
