RESOLUTION NO. 2007-1039
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE
OF 2007 GOLF TURF EQUIPMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc. , for the Purchase of 2007 Golf Turf Equipment, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for
the Purchase of 2007 Golf Turf Equipment, which were
preliminarily approved on December 3, 2007, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
December 17, 2007 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the Purchase of 2007 Golf Turf Equipment, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved
as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of December, 2007 .
