RESOLUTION NO. 2007-1040
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
PURCHASE OF 2007 GOLF TURF EQUIPMENT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2007-1039, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of 2007 Golf Turf
Equipment, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and
adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
improvements be made in accordance with said specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of December, 2007 .
