This is to request that Council adopt resolutions to preliminarily approve the
CAROLYN plans and specifications for 2007 Golf Turf Equipment, and to instruct the City
COLE Clerk to publish notice of hearing on plans, specifications, etc. and taking of bids,
Ward 2 and to set date of hearing and bid opening as December 17, 2007.

GETTY This equipment will be used to replace aging and high hour units at each of the
Ward 3 three golf courses. Funding is available through the CIP program for this project.
