RESOLUTION NO. 2009-638
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY C & J CONSTRUCTION OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA
FOR THE 2008 HAZARDOUS MATERIALS FIRE
TRAINING CENTER 8" WATER MAIN EXTENSION
PROJECT AND ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, C & J Construction of Cedar Falls, Iowa, has under
contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor at a total cost of $52, 031 . 80 in
connection with the 2008 Hazardous Materials Fire Training Center
8" Water Main Extension Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 2009 .
