RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH C & J
CONSTRUCTION OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract dated June 15, 2009, in the amount of
$52 , 031 . 80, for the 2008 Hazardous Materials Fire Training Center
8" Water Main Extension Project, by and between C & J
Construction of Cedar Falls, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this l5th day of June, 2009 .
