RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement No. 97-R-016 dated December 9, 1996 for RISE
funding in the amount of $204, 800 .00, with the City providing a 20
percent match, for grading and paving of MidPort Boulevard
beginning at Airport Road and extending east approximately 1,000
feet, Project No. RM-8155( 24) --9D-07 , by and between the Iowa
Department of Transportation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of December, 1996.
