Please find an attached copy of Supplemental Agreement No. 1 for Engineering
JOE Services from RUST Environment & Infrastructure, Inc. for the continued

Ward4 development of MidPort America near the Waterloo Municipal Airport.
BARB Services that would be provided under this Agreement include: identify

Wa,.dJ optimum roadway alignment of MidPort Boulevard, propose lot layouts, design
sanitary sewer and water main locations and also identify and locate storm
FRANK water facilities required to outlet runoff from site. The cost of the Agreement is
