RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 WITH RUST ENVIRONMENT AND
INFRASTRUCTURE OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated March 23 , 1998, for engineering services
in conjunction with MidPort America--Phase II Development Plan, by
and between Rust Environment and Infrastructure of Waterloo, Iowa,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of March, 1998 .
