RESOLUTION NO. 2008-854
RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER HYDRANT LOOP
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2008-853, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc. , for the Regional Training Center Hydrant
Loop Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved
and adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed by
statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
improvements be constructed in accordance with said plans and
specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 2008 .
