RESOLUTION NO. 2008-649
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH WAYNE
CLAASSEN ENGINEERING AND SURVEYING INC. AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated August 4, 2008, at a cost of $2, 000 . 00,
to prepare plans and specifications for the Hydrant Loop Project
at the Regional Training Center, by and between Wayne Claassen
Engineering and Surveying Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
Pro Tem and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of Au ust, 2008 .
