oH\ Enclosed please find two copies of a negotiated agreement with Earth Tech
KINCAID for the above mentioned project. This is to recommend that the agreement be
Ward approved and the Mayor be authorized to sign it. The lump sum fee for the
RON services is $70,000. The agreement has already been reviewed and
WEEPER approved by Iowa DOT and Federal Highway Administration.
