RESOLUTION NO. 2006-849
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH EARTH
TECH, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated September 25,
2006, at a cost of $70, 000 . 00, for construction review services
in conjunction with Iowa 21/Orange Road Traffic Safety
Improvements Project, by and between Earth Tech, Inc . of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of September, 2006 .
