RESOLUTION NO. 2006-848
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH PETERSON
CONTRACTORS INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated September 25, 2006, in the amount of
$854 , 782 . 38 , for Iowa 21/Orange Road Traffic Safety Improvements,
by and between Peterson Contractors Inc . of Reinbeck, Iowa, and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of September, 2006 .
