ward 2 As part of the Isle of Capri development, off-site roadway improvements were made at
HAROLD the intersections of US 218 (La Porte Rd.)/E. Shaulis Rd./Dysart Rd. and at E. Shaulis
GETTY Rd./Isle of Capri Boulevard.

The improvements have been made in substantial compliance with the construction
HART plans, specifications, standards and requirements of this office.
Ward 4
It is therefore recommended that these Off-Site Public Roadway Improvements for the
RON Isle of Capri development be accepted by the City Council.

It is also recommended that the attached two (2) year maintenance bonds from Peterson
BOB Contractors, Inc. and Aspro, Inc. and Its Subsidiary be accepted by the City Council and
GREENWOOD placed on file with the City Clerk with the effective dates being that of final Council

approval.
