Subject:Offsite Improvements—Acceptance
Dennis,
Ryan Companies,US,Inc.was the general contractor and Stanley Consultants,Inc.was the Civil Engineer for
referenced project. Terracon Consulting Engineers&Scientists provided construction testing and
observation on behalf of the IOC. We are submitting the As-built drawings as prepared by Stanley Engineers
and a copy of the on site testing and observation reports. Stanley Engineering did provide any on site
observation or inspections.
Ryan Companies,US,Inc. certifies that construction of the offsite improvements were completed per the
plans and specifications as prepared by Stanley Consults,Inc. Gee Grading completed the sanitary sewer,
Aspro Inc completed the PCC paving at East Shaulis/IOC Blvd and Peterson Contractors Inc completed the
East Shaulis/US 218 offsite improvements. The traffic signals at both locations were included in the scope
of work completed by PCI.
Ryan Companies,US,Inc. on behalf of the Isle of Capri is submitting the following documentation for
acceptance of the subject public improvements by the City of Waterloo:
• As-built drawings
• Terracon field test& observation report
• PCC and ACC material certificates
• Sanitary sewer piping submittals
• Two year maintenance bonds
• Final construction cost breakdown
