RESOLUTION NO. 2009-470
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH CARPET REPLACEMENT FOR HUMAN
RESOURCES OFFICE AND CARPET AND TILE
REPLACEMENT FOR SECOND FLOOR OF CITY HALL.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator of said City to prepare proposed specifications,
bid document, form of contract, etc . , for Carpet Replacement for
Human Resources Office and Carpet and Tile Replacement for Second
Floor of City Hall, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
did file said preliminary specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc . , for Carpet Replacement for Human Resources Office
and Carpet and Tile Replacement for Second Floor of City Hall,
which were preliminarily approved on May 4 , 2009, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 26,
2009, and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc . , for Carpet Replacement for Human
Resources Office and Carpet and Tile Replacement for Second Floor
of City Hall, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of May, 2009 .
