RESOLUTION NO. 2009-114
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
PURCHASE OF ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
SYSTEM FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on
motion by this Council that the Police Chief be authorized to
proceed with the paperwork necessary for the purchase of
Electronic Document Management System for the Police Department .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of Feb uary, 2009 .
