RESOLUTION NO. 2008-758
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FROM ACCO UNLIMITED
CORPORATION OF JOHNSTON, IOWA, FOR THE 2008
SWIMMING POOL FILTER REPLACEMENT AND PAINTING
AT GATES POOL, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of ACCO Unlimited Corporation of Johnston,
Iowa, for the 2008 Swimming Pool Filter Replacement and Painting
at Gates Pool, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of
the 2nd day of September, 2008, together with the accompanying
bond for the faithful performance of said contract signed by
Merchants Bonding Company (Mutual) of Des Moines, Iowa, as surety
thereon, be, and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of September, 2008 .
