RON The above-referenced project was bid August 18, 2008. The bid amount for this
WELPER project was $193,840.00.

BOB C.I.P. funding was set at $120,000. I've worked with ACCO Unlimited Corporation
GREENWOOD out of Johnston, Iowa, the bidder on the project, to downsize the scope of the
At-Large project to fit within our budgeted amount.

SCHMITT To that end, I would like to let a contract to ACCO of Johnson, Iowa, for a total
At-U„rge amount of$129,179.00, which will include:
1. Filter replacement at Gates Pool, including pumps.
2. Sandblasting and painting at Gates Pool.
3. Recaulking the edge of Gates Pool (550 linear feet).
