Ward 1 The City of Waterloo is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide Office
Supplies, Ink Cartridge/Toner Supplies and Paper Supplies. Enclosed for your

Please note that the following dates have changed and are within the forms sent in this
HAROLD packet: we must receive the proposals by 4:00 p.m. Monday, September 26, 2011; term of

Ward3 agreement is now from November 1, 2011 through June 30, 2011; it is the intent to make
an award by October 10, 2011; and bid prices are irrevocable from the bid submission date
