The City of Cedar Falls,City of Waterloo, and Black Hawk County,herby accepts the Paper
Supply quote, submitted by Matt Parrott& Sons Company of Waterloo, Iowa, upon the following
terms and conditions:
1. Matt Parrott& Sons shall provide paper supply to each department for the City of Cedar
Falls, City of Waterloo, and Black Hawk County for the period of October 1 through
June 30, 2010;prices are subject to change quarterly. A 30-day notice will be given to all
three government agencies when prices increase. There will be no delivery charges.
2. Matt Parrott& Sons shall provide each individual department of the three government
agencies separate billings for paper supply, as well as new sale catalogs every six months.
3. This agreement incorporates by reference the RFP as a part of the contract.
4. The City of Cedar Falls,City of Waterloo, and Black Hawk County reserves,the right to
cancel this agreement at any time by giving Matt Parrott& Sous a thirty(30)day advance
written notice.
5. This agreement may be extended for an additional two years if agreed upon by all parties.
