Summary Statement Various departments use a large amount of paper throughout the
year. We may be able to save money if it is bid separate from office supplies.

Background Information:
This has always been a part of the office supplies bid specifications. Because of the amount of
paper that is being consumed by various departments we may be able to save money if it is bid
separately.
