IFTNIBERc; On March 27,2009,planning staff received sealed bids for lot at 1604 Garden Avenue.
The desired price of the parcel is$18,370 which is the assessed value placed on the
property by Black Hawk County. All bidders submitted development plans that

and Grounds Committee agreed to re-bid the property with a minimum bid of$10,000.
