Dear Mayor and Council:
LE( INALD At the September 8,2009 City Council meeting,bid proposals were opened for City
owned property located at 325 Rath Street.
There was only one bid received from John and Michelle Rutledge. Their bid met the
minimum bid amount of$5,000 and is in accordance with the minimum requirements
of the City of Waterloo's bidding policy as well as the sale of city owned property
