RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO TRUCK
COUNTRY OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA, FOR THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2009 COMBINATION JET AND
VACUUM TRUCK, IN THE AMOUNT OF $345, 048 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Truck Country of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, in the
amount of $345, 048 . 00, for the Purchase of One (1) 2009
Combination Jet and Vacuum Truck, described in the specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said purchase, after
public hearing on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of December, 2008 .
