RESOLUTION NO. 2008-1041
RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO ASPEN
EQUIPMENT COMPANY OF ANKENY, IOWA, FOR THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2009 BRUSH BANDIT
CHIPPER, IN THE AMOUNT OF $48, 629 . 00 WITH
TRADE-IN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Aspen Equipment Company of Ankeny, Iowa, in
the amount of $48, 629. 00 with trade-in, for the Purchase of One
(1) 2009 Brush Bandit Chipper, described in the specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said purchase, after
public hearing on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of December, 2008 .
