RESOLUTION NO. 2008-1010
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH PURCHASE OF ONE HEAVY DUTY
BRUSH CHIPPER UNIT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2008-1009, Specifications, Bid
Document, etc . , for the Purchase of One Heavy Duty Brush Chipper
Unit in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted
by this Council after the hearing prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase is
necessary and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of November, 2008 .
