RESOLUTION NO. 2008-1103
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED SPECIFICATIONS, BID
DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. FOR THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) CURRENT MODEL YEAR,
SINGLE AXLE DUMP TRUCK WITH 12-FOOX BOX, IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO AND THE TAKING OF BIDS
THEREFORE, AS DECEMBER 22, 2008, AT 5 : 30 P.M.
AT CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF
HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 22nd day of December, 2008,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. for the
Purchase of One (1) Current Model Year, Single Axle Dump Truck
With 12-Foot Box, in the City of Waterloo and the taking of bids
therefore.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of December, 2008 .
