Attached with this memo are the Certificates of Substantial Completion for the stone
EON- repair at the Waterloo Public Library. The architect has reviewed the project, and
WEEPER the contractor has completed all described portions of the bid documents.
BOB The bid price for the project was $55,300.00. Change orders 1, 2 and 3 amounted
GREENWOOD to $11,375.00. This large change order percentage was due to unseen situations
At-Law that could not be detected during pre-bid inspections and plan design.

SCHMITT The total finish cost of the project is $66,675.00.
