After reviewing documents with Tim Jones, Project Designer for Struxture
GLJArchitects, it appears that Failor HurleyConstruction has the responsible low bid on

At-Large the project. Therefore, I recommend the low bid of$55,300 from Failor Hurley
Construction of Hudson be accepted and contract awarded for the 2008 Stone
Replacement/Repair Project at the Waterloo Public Library.
Attached are contracts, bonds and insurance.
