RESOLUTION NO. 2008-757
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FROM FAILOR HURLEY
CONSTRUCTION OF HUDSON, IOWA, FOR THE 2008
STONE REPLACEMENT FOR THE WATERLOO PUBLIC
LIBRARY, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Failor Hurley Construction of Hudson, Iowa,
for the 2008 Stone Replacement for the Waterloo Public Library,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 2n day
of September, 2008, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by North American
Specialty Insurance Company of Manchester, New Hampshire, as
surety thereon, be, and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of September, 2008 .
