WEEPER bids on the project:

GREENWOOD Michael Huff Construction $63,890.00

After reviewing documents with Tim Jones, Project Designer for Struxture
CUGRIC
UNDEI2tiON Architects, it appears that Failor Hurley Construction has the responsible low bid on
At-Ler;r- the project. Therefore, I recommend the low bid of $55,300 from Failor Hurley
Construction of Hudson be accepted and contract awarded for the 2008 Stone
Replacement/Repair Project at the Waterloo Public Library.
Attached are contracts, bonds and insurance.
