RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
HARRISON TRUCK CENTER OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR
THE PURCHASE OF AMBULANCE CHASSIS, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $72, 799. 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Harrison Truck Center of Waterloo, Iowa, in
the amount of $72, 799. 00, for the Purchase of Ambulance Chassis,
described in the specifications heretofore adopted by this
Council for said purchase, after public hearing on published
notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of January, 2009 .
