SCHMITT This is a request to authorize Waterloo Fire Rescue to seek bids for a 2009

ambulance. We are requesting that a date of hearing and bid opening for the
CAROLYN ambulance chassis be set on November 17, 2008.

Ward 2 We are requesting that the date of hearing and bid opening for the ambulance
HAROLD module be set for December 15, 2008.

Ward 3 The ambulance will be paid for using bond money from 2007.
